Shipping & returns

At Rubix, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

We strive to ensure that every product arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
